BAMMA 36 Announces “Champion vs Champion” Main Event

BAMMA 36 takes place on June 28th and features an epic fight between lightweight champion Rhys McKee and welterweight champion, Terry Brazier as per press release.

York Hall in London is set to play host to an exciting lightweight title fight as Terry Brazier (9-1) looks to become a two weight champion by beating the current 155lb belt holder Rhys McKee (7-1)

Billed as a World Cup Fight Night the event takes place after England’s final group game against Belgium.

BAMMA Managing Director Ashley Bothwell had this to say:

It doesn’t get any bigger than a World Cup final group game, and we are delighted to be partners with ITV in such a high profile sporting event as England v Belgium. To be airing in such a fantastic slot is testament to the performance of BAMMA and the commitment of ITV to the sport of MMA. We couldn’t be more excited to deliver sports fans across the country such an epic night of
action on June 28th

BAMMA 36 airs on ITV 4 and to date, McKee vs Brazier is the only fight added to the card thus far.
