UFC 229 is set to host the return of Conor McGregor as he fights to regain his lightweight title against Khabib Nurmagomedov this October.
Fight fans all over Ireland have been snapping up their flights and hotels for the big fight in Las Vegas this October since the bout was officially confirmed.
So now that you’ve got your flight and accommodation, what next? The all important fight ticket.
Last week, The Writing Irish published an article encouraging fans not to buy tickets from unofficial websites due to extortionate prices.
So how do you get tickets?
UFC Fight Club is your best bet to get tickets and you can get involved in the pre-sale from 6pm Irish time on Wednesday 15th August.
It is very possible that the fight may not make it to general sale on Friday other than those costing an arm and a leg.
Unlike before, the UFC is going through AXS rather than Ticketmaster and the ticket page is available here.
It is still unclear as to how much a ticket for the event will cost but from this writer’s own personal experience, don’t wait around. If you find a price point you’re comfortable with, take whatever’s available or you may live to regret it.
Happy hunting for tickets and be sure to stay locked to The Writing Irish for event build up until the big day.
