UFC Rochester: Zak Cummings grinds out a big submission win to defeat Trevin Giles

Zak Cummings was a sizable underdog in his matchup against Trevin Giles but the veteran overcame the odds to earn a big submission win on Saturday night in Rochester.

Giles, previously unbeaten leading into the middleweight clash tasted his first professional defeat in a tough, gritty fight.

After a slow paced start to the fight, Cummings turned it on in the third round and landed a counter left hook that cracked Giles and Cummings immediately swarmed atop his opponent to claim the victory.
