Bellator’s latest TV deal is good news for Irish viewers as Virgin Media acquires rights to host Bellator’s European events.
Having been in the wilderness for quite some time, European fans can now get a taste of Bellator events on both Sky Sports and terrestrial television on Channel 5.

However, fight fans on these shores will be met with good news today as Virgin Media are due to show Bellator’s European events starting from this Saturday according to Donagh Corby of the Irish Mirror.
The card features Irish stand out James Gallagher as he takes on Jeremiah Labiano in a catchweight about whilst the card is headlined by a middleweight title tilt between Gegard Mousasi (c) and Rafael Lovato Jr.
The action is due to kick off on Virgin Media Sport from 10pm (GMT) with preliminary bouts available on the free Bellator app.
Further details of upcoming events are due to be announced over time.
